You may be granted a Personal License in case of purchasing BioGreen Majic.com products by making the required payments. It enables you to use each individual product for personal use only;

      b) Reseller License

If so deemed by BioGreen Majic, you may be granted a Reseller License that entitles you to redistribute or resell BioGreen Majic's products after receiving the license. However you must maintain the product as it is and sell at a price equal to or higher than the price listed at BioGreen Majic's website to ensure healthy competition.

All links, images, logos and fonts used on BioGreen Majic's website are an integral part of our business. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.

You are not authorized to make modification(s) to our products, labels, links, logos, images, fonts or any other aspect of our website.

If you have not received the Reseller License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium. You also shall not offer BioGreen Majic's products for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from BioGreen Majic.

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from BioGreen Majic. If you have a Reseller License, you can only resell or redistribute the products as per the terms and conditions mentioned above, in the “License” section of this agreement.

Since BioGreen Majic is offering tangible goods, we will issue refunds only after the product is purchased and shipped upon request, provided that you have returned the product un-opened to BioGreen Majic. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not as described on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is 30 (thirty) days after the purchase date. The refund is issued to you via the same means by which you purchased the product(s). This is a required condition, no exceptions.

You do not have the right to claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership to any part of our website and/or products and/or their presentation or packaging. All website content and products are property of BioGreen Majic. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall BioGreen Majic or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the incorrect use of or inability to use our products.

Customer purchases can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

BioGreen Majic may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. BioGreen Majic does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that BioGreen Majic will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as those contained herein. If any such terms or policies conflict with BioGreen Majic's terms, agreements or policies, you must comply first and foremost with those of BioGreen Majic.

The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
